Villa Meltemi is located in the picturesque Sea Caves area of Peyia with wonderful views of the mountains the low lying countryside and sea views only 800m down the hill. Villa Meltemi is offered ONLY as a fully furnished villa – you just need to bring your suitcase.

• A separate laundry area (away from the kitchen) is provided within the villa and includes a washing machine, basin, pegs, iron, ironing board and exterior rotary clothesline is also provided.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:

• 1 x Master bedroom with timber Queen size bed, bedside drawer units with lamps, a chair and built-in wardrobe with ensuite shower room.

• 2 x Twin bedrooms with King Single (3/4 size), bedside drawer units with lamps, a chair (in each bedroom) and built-in wardrobe units.

• One of the twin bedrooms has an adjacent bathroom with bathtub with shower head attachment. The other twin bedroom has a large shower ensuite.

Special Mobility Information:

• Villa Meltemi is a wheel chair friendly villa with one of the extra large twin bedrooms having a shower ensuites containing wheelchair accessible features.

• Hallways are wide and the bedroom and the door way leading to the bedroom with the wheelchair friendly bathroom is extra wide.

• The single level design of the villa provides easy circulation around the villa and surrounding terraces.

• The swimming pool area, the large outdoor terraces and living / dining area of the villa are are all one level with the inside of the villas which makes access to these areas effortless.

Outdoors:

• Villa Meltemi faces beautiful countryside and sea views and is set amongst unique colourful and fragrant Mediterranean gardens surrounding the spacious swimming pool, which has a step / sitting area open to the pool. Generous paved lounging area also surrounds the swimming pool, sun beds (tenant to provide their own outdoor cushions if desired and umbrellas), an outdoor dining suite is provided, charcoal BBQ's and outdoor shower are also provided.

Beginning of tenancy:

The villa will be provided in a fully cleaned state with all equipment in working condition – all you need to do is unpack your suitcase.
