Long-Term Rental Four bedroom, five bathroom villa at Secret Valley golf resort, Paphos. The detached villa sits on a 1700m sqr plot with fantastic views of the sea. There is a newly landscaped garden of lawns, palm and fruit trees (incl oranges and lemons), shrubs, gravel/rocks - fed by an underground irrigation system set on a computerised timer. At the rear of the garden is a 10X5m pool with six-seater jacuzzi. The four bedrooms all have an en-suite bathroom, and all rooms also have their own private balconies. There is also an additional downstairs bathroom/shower room. There are two downstairs lounge areas which are all furnished, one of which includes a 42" plasma TV with satellite access, including news, film, sport and childrens channels. There is also a DVD system with wireless surround sound (all brand new). There is a large kitchen which is constructed of wood with granite worktops; a large double-door fridge freezer (dispensing ice and filtered cold water); an electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster (all brand new). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, along with place settings for 12 people. There is also a large eight-seater dining table. The downstairs utility room holds the iron, ironing board, clothes air-dryers, mops, buckets, brooms, dustpan & brush etc. There is an 8-seater extendable garden table with 8 chairs, plus 8 pool loungers with washable cushions. Finally, there is a large portable BBQ for outdoor cooking. THE VILLA WAS COMPLETED IN NOVEMBER 2007 - ALL ITEMS WITHIN IT ARE BRAND NEW. |
