The Paradise Gardens Apartment has 2 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Flyscreens are fitted to all windows for your comfort. It overlooks a large communal swimming pool and paddling pool, it is set in landscaped gardens. The ground floor apartment has its own small garden. It is a level walk to the supermarkets, banks, tourist shops, beach, restaurants, bars and other attractions, about 400m away. Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with kingsize double bed. A cot is provided. A wall safe is fitted for your valuables. Twin bedroom with 2 3ft beds, which can be put together. Both bedrooms have dressing table, stools, hairdryers and fitted wardrobes. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with bath, shower, shaver point, handbasin inset in marble, and wc. Bathroom 2 with shower unit, handbasin and wc. Kitchen: Kitchen facilities include, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, juicer, sandwich toaster, iron and ironing board and plenty of utensils. Living Rooms: Open-plan lounge/dining room, is furnished with quality furniture, dining table and double sofa bed. Ceiling fans fitted, smoke alarms. Satellite TV and music system that takes CDs and cassettes. All linen and towels provided. A large patio area, 2 patio doors lead out on to this area, which is excellent for alfresco eating. There is a table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sunbeds, all overlooking the superb communal pool. The beach is 10 minutes walk. Paphos Airport is a 20 minutes drive. Car hire is not essential. Taxi transfers between airport and apartment can be arranged in advance if required. The apartment is situated in a well placed location accessible to all amenities. The climate in Cyprus has 340 days of sunshine per year making it an all year round resort. |
