Villa Constanteras is a large Stone built 4 bedroom villa located in the village of Kathikas. Set in private court yard in the heart of the village, with private swimming pool. The village restaurants and tavernas are only a 5 to 10 minute stroll.

Katikas is only a 10 minute drive to Coral Bay in one direction and Latchi in the other direction.

The real wood kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, sandwich maker, toaster and dishwasher.

The villa has a traditional open plan with a large lounge, dining area and kitchen which helps to the villa cool in the hot summer months without the need for air conditioning. . The lounge has TV & DVD player and leads on to the pool and patio area. The dining area also has seating 6.

The main bedroom is on the ground floor it features a double bed and air conditioning the patio doors open on to the pool area. The bedroom also has a large en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.

Bedroom 2 is also situated on the ground floor and features a four poster double bed, wardrobes & air conditioning.

Bedroom 3 is situated on the ground floor on the opposite side of the lounge it features 2 single beds, wardrobes and has a patio door leading to the pool area. The four bedroom is on the first floor and has 2 single beds with wardrobes & air conditioning.

The villa has an 8 x 4 swimming pool, patio table and chairs, sun beds and a large shaded area with dinning table and chairs for alfresco dining.
