The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave,dishwasher, cooker, and fridge freezer and all utensils.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor containing a double bed with shower room and this completes the ground floor layout.

On the first floor the master bedroom has ensuite facilities and opens out onto the rear balcony which is equipped with patio table and chairs to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine or lazy summer evenings with a bottle of wine. In addition to the master bedroom there is also a twin bedded room with en-suite shower. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The centre of Peyia, is about a 2 minute drive where you will find numerous tavernas, a supermarket, bank etc. .

All the attractions of Coral Bay are a 5 minute drive where you will find an abundance of tavernas, restaurants, street cafe's and of course the renowned blue flag beach .The villa is about 15mins drive from the centre of Paphos, the market , harbour, waterpark all about a 25 minute drive and about 30mins from Paphos airport.

Use of the air conditioning will be charged at £25 cyp per week.
