Iris Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom Villa located just ten minutes from both the sea and a variety of small beaches. The Villa is fully air conditioned and offers great features such as three bathrooms, a roof terrace, private parking as well as large communal pool just metres away from your front door step.

The ground floor has a spacious open plan Lounge providing a TV and DVD player. The kitchen and dining area, is fully equipped with Hob and cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and toaster as well as everything you could need in the kitchen. The master Bedroom has a double bed, its own veranda and is complete with en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Bedroom two and three both have twin beds and have access to two bathrooms, one with Shower and the other with Shower and Bath. Bed linen is provided along with Bath and hand towels for use in the villa.

The Roof Garden is on the top floor and from here, you can see the edge of the Troodos Mountains, the sea is just over the rooftops and of course a great view of the pool.
