Melania D3 104 Our first floor non-smoking apartment is in an elevated position with sea views from the lounge and both bedrooms. It is comfortably furnished, with a good range of electrical equipment. We recommend if for up to four adults, but it can sleep six. The apartment has two bedrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and fly screens. There are shutters in the bedrooms. The large balcony at the front is perfect for relaxing, eating and for drinking the local wine and beer. The apartment is used mainly by ourselves or by our family. As it is our second home and we use it regularly, there are a lot of facilities but it will not suit everyone. If you want to be very close to nightlife or if you have children, it may not be suitable, due to its location. If you want to chill out, sunbathe or visit the many historical sites, it may be right for you. There are restaurants quite near although car hire would be an advantage as they are not all within a comfortable walking distance. Main Points Communal pool complete with Showers and toilets. Loungers, mattresses and umbrellas are available around the pool., however you need to provide your own pool and beach towels The Kitchen is equiped with Washing machine, Fridge / freezer,cooker, microwave, juicer, toaster, kettle and iron. The Lounge has a 3 seater sofa (converts to a double bed). Two comfortable chairs, TV, Video, DVD, CD/radio. Videos & board games. There is also Air conditioning & Ceiling fans in all rooms. The Main bedroom with double bed and dressing table. The Second bedroom with twin beds. The Bathroom has a Bath, Shower,Wash basin and toilet The Apartment is km from Paphos harbour and close to the village of Chloraka, 1km from the beach, 4km from the sandy beaches of Coral Bay.
